Volumetric Weight Calculation Formula
In compliance with Malaysian postal standards, chargeable weight is either actual gross weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher:
Example: A light parcel of 40cm × 30cm × 20cm = 24,000 / 5,000 = 4.80 KG chargeable weight.
